We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as under-21s assistant coach.

The chosen candidate will work with a squad of talented players competing in the Sheffield and Hallamshire Women’s and Girls’ League and associated cup competitions.

Job description

• Support the team manager in training and match day fixtures for Rotherham United Women under-21s team.

• Manage a successful team that can achieve promotion, based upon a core of homegrown players.

• Work alongside the Head of Football and coaching staff to further the development of the club.

• Develop players to advance to the first team and forge links with Rotherham United Female Emerging Talent Centre.

Qualifications/experience required:• Level 1 Licence/UEFA C desirable• Must be available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for training & Sundays for matches• Experienced in working with youth players
