10: Rotherham United Women get the breakthrough they deserve: a great defence splitting run from Gracie Lucas and a great pass from Trialist B. A shot over the goalkeeper into the bottom left makes it 1-0 to the Millers! A well worked goal put the Millers into a deserved lead.

13: A great ball from midfield and Lucas brings the ball down to her feet and then finds a composed finish into the to make it 2-0!

20: A great start from Rotherham with encouraging signs for the season ahead! Annie Irwin is replaced by Sophia Swan due to injury and Swan makes an instant impact with a direct run from through the heart of the defence to force the goalkeeper into a save.

30: Another great run from Gracie Lucas down the wing causes havoc. A great cross reaches Trialist B but she can’t quite convert the shot.

43: Dronfield’s Number 9 finds herself in a great position on the outside of the box, surges into the box and rattles the crossbar – a warning for the Millers.

45: Great trickery on the wing from Evie Manley takes her past one defender before an outrageous chip from the outside of the box puts the Millers 3-0 up. A tremendous finish from Rotherham’s Number 4 gives us a deserved half-time lead.

50: Miscommunication in Dronfield’s backline gives the millers a great chance and Ella Mortimer finds a composed finish into an empty net. 4-0.

55: A second for Evie Manley following another defence splitting pass. Manley makes a great run and sends a cool, calm and composed finish into the bottom left corner. 5-0.

58: A great cross from Stacey Buxton into the path of Mortimer, who unlucky not to find the net.

60: Buxton makes no mistake, capitalising on a loose clearance and drilling a low strike into the bottom corner to extend the lead to 6-0.

70: The visitors score through Zoe Bratley after the striker reacts quickly when a cross comes her way.
