Club statement - Ryan Cresswell

Rotherham United Women can confirm that an agreement has been reached with Doncaster Rovers regarding the release of Ryan Cresswell.

The former Millers captain has subsequently been granted permission to enter into discussions with RUWFC.

Cresswell, who represented his hometown club across two spells and captained Rotherham United, will now hold talks with the club over personal terms for the position of Chief Operating Officer.

RUWFC would like to place on record its thanks to Doncaster Rovers for the professional manner in which negotiations have been conducted.

The club will make no further comment at this stage.
